John Jamer helped us navigate through the scary world of buying out of province and successfully found us our new home. He was very, very patient with us when we didn’t really have any clue on how to do this but he walked us through each step, drove to all sorts of properties, out of town, and did amazingly thorough video showings of numerous homes in our absence. He was always available when we needed answers or late night offers and he guided us to make the smartest decisions that eventually led us to getting our amazing new home. We couldn’t be more pleased from start to finish and have recommended him to friends and will do so again. I found the most impressive thing to note was the feeling of trust which he gained with his candid showings we never once felt pressure to put offers in and I honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend and not a realtor, almost immediately.
